Ceridian needed a complete website transformation to modernize its digital presence and boost lead generation across various business segments. This project required redesigning the outdated Ceridian.com website and a rebranding transition to Dayforce.com with a tight January 2024 deadline. The project started in May 2023 and we had about 6 months to do Discovery, Research, Design, and Prototypes, endless client meetings and feedback sessions, and development. The challenges were exciting: we needed to create a user-friendly design, simplify a complicated content management system, and add advanced personalization for targeted messaging while navigating the nuances of rebranding.
Problem
Through a comprehensive discovery phase, including stakeholder workshops and competitive analysis, we reimagined the website with a refreshed design, streamlined navigation, and modernized information architecture. Personalization features tailored content based on user preferences like company size and location, significantly improving engagement. Despite technical challenges, we implemented a flexible modular system within the CMS, enabling seamless updates and adaptation to evolving branding requirements. The design process was collaborative, using iterative wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to ensure we were in sync with Dayforce’s goals and user needs.
Solution
The redesigned Dayforce.com launched with a sleek aesthetic, intuitive navigation, and enhanced user engagement. The innovative personalization system and modular approach streamlined content updates and improved efficiency. The project not only met its tight six-month timeline but also strengthened Ceridian's position as a leader in its industry, setting the stage for ongoing growth and digital success.
