I had the exciting challenge of designing the user interface for the GHSP Induction Cooktop within a tight two-month timeframe. It was a fantastic opportunity that required lots of creative thinking, quick adjustments, and teamwork with project managers, developers, engineers, and industrial designers.
Problem
At CES 2020, users got to experience the innovative cooktop firsthand, enjoying its easy-to-use features and customization options. The cooktop included a movable controller, fun interactive menus, timers, temperature settings, and even ingredient recognition for perfect cooking every time. Its surface acted like an interactive display, attracting event-goers eager to check out its amazing capabilities.
Solution
The interface design was a hit at CES, with attendees quickly grasping how to use it thanks to its intuitive layout. This success helped GHSP strengthen its reputation as a forward-thinking innovator, gaining a lot of attention from key players in the cooking industry.
